I am Chadi Abi Fadel, AI educator and engineer. I run AI training for teams and leaders at Peaklight AI, where as founder and CTO I also build and operate managed AI employees in production. My research asks how an organisation stays sovereign over the AI that acts for it. Understanding and control is the thread through all of it.
I spent years as the person called in to fix what the last vendor broke: systems nobody could maintain, data nobody trusted, teams held hostage by platforms they could not leave. Now I build the systems that do not need rescuing.

Who is Chadi Abi Fadel?
Chadi Abi Fadel is an AI educator and engineer. He teaches leaders and teams how AI works and where it belongs, and is the founder and CTO of Peaklight AI, where he builds and runs managed AI employees in production for businesses. He is a computer engineer by training, spent years rescuing broken enterprise systems, and researches organisational sovereignty over AI agents. He is Australian-born with Lebanese roots and works between Sydney and Beirut.
What is Peaklight AI?
Peaklight AI provides managed AI employees as a service: a digital team member with a defined role, its own workspace and an audit trail, governed by controls that live outside the model and run on infrastructure the client is never locked into. Commercial details are at peaklight.ai.
What is the research about?
The research asks how an organisation remains sovereign over AI agents that act for it: who controls the data, the audit trail and the off switch, and how that control can be measured. It is independent work in progress that grows out of what Chadi runs in production.
